The Vacations2Discover.com San Antonio, Texas Shopping Trip Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on 9/15/08 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/15/08 (the "Entry Period").

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years of age or older, at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Florida, Guam, Hawaii, New York, Colorado, Puerto Rico & Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state and local law. Employees of Vacations2Discover.com (V2D) and America’s Premier Shopping Places/General Growth Properties, Inc . (GGP), its affiliates, subsidiaries or parent companies, advertising/sales promotion agencies, judging organization and immediate families of each are not eligible to enter or win.

PRIZE/DRAWING DETAILS:

San Antonio Shop & Stay package including a $1,000 shopping spree at North Star Mall and The Shops at La Cantera, airfare for two courtesy of Southwest Vacations valued at $1,000 and four nights accommodations for two at the DoubleTree San Antonio Airport Hotel valued at $600. San Antonio Attractions Package includes tickets to SeaWorld, Six Flags Fiesta Texas and several downtown attractions valued at $400. Total Value $3,000

A random drawing will be held on or about 12/15/08 from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The winner will be notified either by certified mail and/or phone within seven (7) days of the drawing. Potential winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where legal, a publicity release, and Federal and State tax release, and return same, properly executed, via overnight mail, within 14 days of issuance of notification. Failure to return documents as specified, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the entrant being disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to a potential alternate winner. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of prize including travel vouchers, prize certificates and attraction tickets. Prize must be used between January 2009 and June 2009, or the prize will be automatically forfeited. Travel is non-transferable and blackout dates and restrictions may apply. No substitution, transfer or cash alternative permitted, except by V2D or its sponsors due to prize unavailability at time of award in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Unless specified otherwise by GGP, no cash will be awarded. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes on travel. Entrants also consent to the use of his/her name/likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Odds of winning any prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. All other costs not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of the winners.

Releases and any telephone network or service providers are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected mail, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, human, printing or other errors, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, inability to access any web site or online service, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or any other technical or other error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof.
